Is Real Oil a multi-level marketing company (MLM)?

Real Oil is not a multi-level marketing company. We allow any customer to purchase directly from our website without having to sign up for a membership or make other commitments. At Real Oil there are no annual fees, no distributors to deal with, and fair pricing for everyone. Plus, you can purchase as many or few products as you like without fear of losing a membership.

Do you offer samples?

Unfortunately, we don’t sell sample size bottles. If you are curious about a specific product, or are new to our brand, get in touch! We’d love to chat and answer any question you have.

Did you know? If you purchase a product you are interested in, you can try it for up to 30-days. If you aren’t completely satisfied, you can return it for a full refund.


I just received my first package from Real Oil. How do I use the product?

Help! I just placed an order but made a mistake! Can I change my order?

Drat! That is the worst. But no worries. You can change an order up to 2 hours after it is placed. After that it is likely on it’s way to your door. (Yep, we’re that fast.) Give us a call or send us an email ASAP and we’ll do our best to work with you.

Where do your oils come from?

We source our oils from the best farms and distilleries around the globe. To ensure we sell only the best essential oils, we conduct GC/MS testing at a third party lab to guarantee purity and efficacy. GC/MS tests ensure that the oils we sell are the exact species on the label and are 100% free of additives, pollutants, adulterants, and dilutions. Real oil publishes GC/MS test results for every single oil we sell on our website.


How are essential oils extracted, and what plant parts are the oils derived from?

Depending on the plant, different extraction methods may be used to yield the highest quality essential oil. Not all parts of the plant are used to extract an essential oil, only those that yield the best quality product.

Our essential oils are either cold-pressed, or extracted through distillation. Our quality-experts use the best method for each respective product.The majority of our essential oils are steam distilled. Citrus essential oils are cold-pressed to procure the most potent essential oil.

Are your products organic?

We understand the importance of organic products to our customers. We source the most pure and efficacious oils available throughout the world. Our strategic sourcing prioritizes wildcrafted and organic oils if we deem them superior in quality to the conventionally grown options. For us, purity is king. GC/MS test results are provided directly on product pages so that every customer can review the quality of our products and verify their purity.


Do you own your own farms?

We do not own our own farms, but have worked to establish close relationships with native farmers. The quality of a crop can vary from season to season, so some harvests don’t yield the quality oil that meets our high standards. Working with farmers allows us the flexibility to be picky about the essential oils we purchase, and to bring our customers only the highest quality product.


Can I use Real Oil essential oils on my kids?

We have several singles and blends that have been specially formulated for use on children two years and older. These pre-diluted blends are our go-to choice for hassle free use on kids.

Can I ingest essential oils?

We recognize many consumers ingest essential oils as part of their overall health routine. We do not provide ingestion recommendations and suggest relying upon your healthcare practitioner for specific guidance given they know your full medical history.


When does my product expire?

The cool thing about essential oils is that they have a virtually indefinite shelf life (with the exception of citrus oils). As long as they are stored correctly, you can keep an essential oil for years without a significant change in quality.

Citrus oils should be used within one year of purchase, but you will likely find yourself using them up much sooner, once they become a favorite part of your wellness toolbox.

Carrier Oils have their own shelf life, which can be found directly on the product page.

To store oil properly, make sure caps are tightly closed and that bottles are stored away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

My product never arrived. What do I do?

If a package is taking longer than expected to arrive, don’t panic. Sometimes a shipping company has delays. Please check your tracking information for updates from the carrier. If you need additional help, or are not provided with tracking updates, give our Customer Service team a call and we will help you track it down. 844-499-REAL (7325)


Do you ship internationally?

We are working to expand our shipping options internationally. Currently, we ship to the following Countries:

  • Malaysia
  • Mexico

Price of shipment will vary based on the size and weight of the package. Please be aware that your package may accrue taxes or import costs. We encourage all customers to be familiar with with import laws of their respective Country.


Returns

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day, 100% money back guarantee. If you aren’t happy with a product, give us a call so that we can help you find a product that may work better for you. If you would like a refund for a product, that’s fine too. We will even cover the return shipping cost.


How long will it take before I get a refund?

The refund process could take up to 24 hours once the return package is received. Once a product is refunded, it could take 1-3 business days to appear on your bank statement (depending on your bank).

Wholesale

Do you offer wholesale discounts?

We are happy to provide a generous discount for wholesalers and health practitioners. In order to qualify for a discount, we require a minimum order of $250 and proof of that you are a registered business or practitioner in your state.

We appreciate that you love our products enough to want larger containers! Unfortunately, we do not offer our products in bulk sizes at this time.
